A LITTLE BACKGROUND
Field is a name that comes from the earth.
The origin of the name "Field," dates back to the 11th century--given to those who lived and worked in the fields and pastures.
Our "Field" ancestors worked in fields growing a variety of plants ranging from lavender to clary sage.
Clary sage is an extremely interesting essential oil ---given that its recorded history and use dates back to 4 B.C., by the ancient Egyptians, in purification rituals.
Zaida Denise was born in Germany near the Black Forest. She spent summers traveling to Acapulco, Madrid, Bangkok, Odessa, Hong Kong, and Puerto Rico.
Zaida Denise studied under some of the most sought out experts in the field of botany and perfumery in the world!
Zaida Denise lived in Appalachia for over 20 years adding to her specialized knowledge about the connection between soil and oils.
Tricia Aimee has traveled the world extensively including to Turkey, Ukraine, France, Mexico, Japan, Italy, and Germany. Tricia lived in Europe before moving back to the United States.
Tricia Aimee is a creative artist and in addition to her love of plants has a bespoke specialty in doll making.

In our workshops we will work with 18 essential oils--- many that have been exclusively suggested by world renown natural perfumer, Mandy Aftel.
Mandy Aftel created the Slow Scent® Natural Perfume Instructor Certification program.
Zaida Denise studied under Mandy Aftel and is a Certified Slow Scent® Natural Perfume Instructor.
Zaida Denise is also the holder of a "Master's Level Certificate in Natural Perfumery," awarded by Mandy Aftel.
Tricia Aimee is a creative and devoted artist bringing out the best in you!
